Arts Active
Supporting people to enjoy the arts across Cardiff and the neighbouring regions
The Arts Active Trust is a registered charity that supports people to enjoy the arts through education, community and audience engagement projects in Cardiff and the neighbouring regions.
Aims
We offer access to arts; through the provision and development of opportunities for participation, arts education and arts in the community.
Our mission is:
- To engage our local communities with initiatives and activities that invigorate the imagination and stimulate the soul
- To encourage people, of all ages, to engage in and enjoy arts activities.
- To take our inspiration from the diverse programmes of St David’s Hall and the New Theatre, where we are based, and to use them as a catalyst for creative activity.
