Welcome to our Movement and Dance Activities page. Come and join our wonderful dancers each week during our Out of Doors festival for Moving in the Great Outdoors. These sessions will keep the whole family active and moving this Summer.
What’s coming up?
20 July 2020 –
Warm up with Aisling and Liam and learn some choreography. Two ability levels available to choose from. Suitable for ages 7+
27 July 2020 –
A more traditional class to get your body moving. Aimed at mobility, flexibility and strength. Suitable for ages 7+
3 August 2020 –
Task based creative improvisation. Exploring and learning about the creative side within dance. Delivered bilingually in English and Welsh. Suitable for ages 7+
10 August 2020 –
Join Aisling and Liam for our final session where they take a little bit from each of the previous weeks sessions to show you how to piece a dance together.

Moving in the Great Outdoors
Join Aisling Baxter and Liam Wallace for session 1 of 4, starting with a warm up and moving into learning and performing some choreography in the wonderful outdoors. Our team will be going through the routine step by step with both a regular and advanced version to choose from. These sessions are delivered bilingually in English and Welsh.
Join us for a more traditional class for all the movers and shakers out there to get the heart rate going. Follow our team through a series of exercises designed for mobility, flexibility and strength as well as having a good time!
