We are delighted to be working again with Nia Lynn.
Nia Lynn is a leading Voice practitioner, with over 18 years experience working with Professional Actors for Theatre, Radio, Film and Television. She works in a professional theatre context, working with companies such as the RSC, Donmar Warehouse, and the Young Vic to name but a few.
Her role often integrates voice coaching, body and breath work as well as accent and dialects. She has a keen understanding of vocal health and the anatomy and physiology of the speaking voice as well as the Do’s and Don’ts of Public speaking. Nia can help you unlock your voice and a piece of text from a public presentation to full ensemble and large company work.
Previously Nia was Head of Voice at the Music Theatre Academy and is Current member of the faculty at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama (Creative Learning Department). She is the principal study jazz singing teacher at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, the Royal Academy of Music, and is a visiting lecturer at the Trinity Laban.
Also Nia is an Education Associate Practitioner for The Royal Shakespeare Company, representing their education department in the UK and internationally. She has also worked with BBC on their CBeebies production of ‘A Midsummer Nights Dream’ and then with Tim Crouch on ‘The Complete Deaths’ with SpyMonkey, and with The Premier League (creative learning coaching) and companies and artists such as Kate Tempest, Jean Abreau, Insight Productions, Phyzical Theatre Company, National Student Drama Festival, Sheffield Theatres and Sound Thinking Australia.
