Join us for a series of relaxed, accessible sessions. No experience needed for these 1 hr well-being movement sessions running every Monday, 9:30am – 10:30am.
It’s a friendly group, providing a space that’s fun, informal, relaxed & a great way to unwind.
Sessions are suitable for 50+ and injury recovery and will focus on balance, muscle strength and joint mobility.
