Our inclusive music-making workshops for adults with learning disabilities and autism encourage participants to explore sounds, rhythms and instruments in an informal, accessible and safe space. 

During the sessions, participants explore the fundamental building blocks of music with the support and encouragement of their carers. 

The sessions also provide an opportunity for carers to develop skills in using music to build up levels of social interaction, communication skills and confidence of the people they support. 

Runs every Tuesday, during term-time, at Western Leisure Centre, Ely, Cardiff. 

There are two sessions you can attend, 11am-12:30pm and 1pm-2:30pm.
